How Our Clinical Command Center Helps Care-at-Home Programs Launch and Scale

Transitioning to new models of healthcare delivery requires clinical resources that may be a challenge for some health systems. The Current Health Clinical Command Center exists to enable providers to launch and scale care-at-home programs more quickly, and with fewer demands of their in-house clinical teams.

“Having Current Health working with the Baptist Heart Clinic made me feel like more people were watching out for me.”

Jenny, a CHF patient with Baptist Health

“They are not only addressing the clinical needs of the patient, but also those technical concerns. They’re able to triage and help with those [technical] needs, as well as give helpful nudges back to the patient, and that’s helping our [patient] engagement.”
