Founded to tackle hard problems head-on
Current Health was founded to solve healthcare’s hardest problem: how can we deliver earlier, preventive care? After meeting in Edinburgh, Co-Founders Christopher McGhee and Stewart Whiting wasted no time, deciding to focus first on how technology could help the sickest patients receive care at home and avoid hospital admissions. This led to the creation of the most accurate, all-in-one monitoring device that continuously and passively monitors patient health with the same accuracy as an ICU monitor.

As the industry evolves, so do we
After years of working with leading health systems across the UK supporting home-based care models, Current Health entered the US market after receiving FDA-clearance of our platform in 2019.
Since then, we’ve helped leading health systems and global pharmaceutical companies build novel home-based care models.
In November 2021 we joined the Best Buy Health team, pairing our best-in-class technology with their unparalleled customer support, supply chain, and logistics.
